Very good served on a bed of french fries.

Ingredients:
1 or 2 nice steaks
sea salt
black pepper
cajun spices

Cover both sides of the steak with generous portions of ground sea salt, black pepper, and cajun seasoning and then beat the spices into the beef before putting on a medium-high heat. (I said beat the meat..)
