mega breakfast burrito
Ingredients:
bacon
baked or fried hash browns
tortillas
cheese
eggs
jalepeno peppers
butter
salt
This thing is massive and after eating it I don’t think I could eat again for a few weeks. For 2 burritos I used 5 eggs. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a pan and throw in some finely chopped jalapeno peppers. Let that cook for a bit and then put the eggs in and mix around. Bake the premade hash browns, fry up the bacon, and put the tortillas in the microwave and then coat them with cheese. Assemble. Eat. Go into a coma..
a wicked good steak III
Ingredients:
3 big-ass steaks
fresh rosemary
olive oil
This is exactly the same as part II, but this time I pulverized the rosemary which made the oil green and locked in the flavor a bit more i think. Awesome stuff..
a wicked good steak II
Ingredients:
a big-ass steak
fresh rosemary
olive oil
tater tots (optional, but good!)
With a pestle & mortar start by smashing the f’ out of some fresh rosemary (take it off the sticks first though). Add in some olive oil and continue the assault. This will get the flavor out of the rosemary and bring it into the oil.
After you have taken out your frustrations for the day on this mixture, rub it onto both sides of a big-ass steak. Throw it on the grill and cook away (be careful though, the oil tends to cause some pretty big flames).
